The decision to create TQue3 Travel came directly from listening to what our clients want and need. TQue3 Travel fast-tracks the travel process, making sure all the moving parts are working together to support travelers and meet our clients’ financial goals. To do this, the team has to be passionate, be available when you need, innovative to reduce the cost of travel, and above all, to deliver the commitment of service excellence designed to meet unique requirements of each company.

TQue3 Travel was founded by Mujahid Kareem and Jacob Joseph in 2015, which focuses on travel industry and offers personalised travel services to corporations.

Terms Of Service
Payment Options
1. Credit Facility
TQue3 Travel has an agreement in place with your company and the payments for your issued transactions are billed to your company. Your company shall adhere to the payment terms as outlined in the contract.
Any successful transaction performed on this site, such as flight ticket, hotel booking, bus ticket or rail ticket will be considered as an official transaction and will be billed to the company. The company agrees to pay such transactions without raising any dispute.

2. Online Card Payments
Visa, Master and American Express Card payments are processed through an online payment gateway system if it is agreed by your company. You need not worry about your card information falling into the wrong hands because your bank will authorize the card transaction directly without any information passing through us. In approximately 25-30 seconds (depending on your internet connection) your bank will issue, using the online payment gateway, an authorization code and confirmation of completion of transaction.
TQue3 Travel, has a Positive SSL Certified Site, uses the latest 2048-bit encryption technology and other sophisticated methods to protect your credit card information. You can book your product using SSL encryption (the internet standard for secure transactions). In fact, transacting online with a credit card at the website is even safer than using a credit card at a restaurant because we do not retain your credit card information. You can be assured that TQue3 Travel offers you the highest standards of security currently available on the internet to ensure that your shopping experience is private, safe and secure.
If the payment on the credit card is declined for some reason, alternate payment instructions must be received by TQue3 Travel 72 hours prior to the time of departure; else, the order is liable to be cancelled.
TQue3 Travel charges a service fee on all domestic airline bookings. In case of cancellation of booking, this fee is non-refundable.

3. Refunds
In case of no-show or unutilized bookings, you shall be required to make requests for any valid and applicable refunds, as per the defined policies, within 90 days from the travel date in case of air/ rail/ bus tickets and/or the date of check-in for hotel bookings. No refund would be payable for any requests made after the expiry of 90 days of travel date/ check-in as aforementioned and all unclaimed amounts for such no-show or unutilized bookings shall accordingly be deemed to have been forfeited. Refund would be at the sole discretion of the airlines/hotel/rail provider/bus provider.
The refund (if allowed by the service provider) shall be processed within 5-7 working days from the date of the cancellation request. For any booking refunds, the airline/hotel/rail provider/bus provider policy will prevail. If we have received the payment through a valid credit card, then the same will be refunded to your credit card. Payments made using any other form of payment will be refunded by cheque within a maximum of 30 days from date of receipt of ticket. All refunds shall be processed subject to processing of refunds by the respective airline/service provider.
If TQue3 Travel, upon your consent makes the refund to any mode other than to the original source of your payment, and it suffers any claims, damages, costs, loss, or expense therefore, you shall be liable to indemnify, hold harmless and fully make good TQue3 Travel possible. Further, TQue3 Travel is not liable for any loss sustained by you arising out of provisioning of the wrong details to TQue3 Travel for the purpose of refunds.

Making a flight booking
You should perform your domestic booking with the name as per your Government ID that you will present at the time of departure for security verification. For International bookings name should be mentioned as per your valid passport. Name change or correction will not be permitted after issuance of the ticket.

Making a hotel reservation
Search your preferred hotel on book.tq3travel.com. After you have finalized the hotel, room type, tariff as per your requirement, click on Request Button. The request will go through agreed approval process and will be received at our customer care centre. Our team will issue the confirmation voucher depending on the availability at the time of booking.

Transaction Confirmation
You should not take any action based on information on the Website until you have received a confirmation of your transaction on your registered email. In case of confirmations to be received by email, if you do not receive a confirmation of your purchase/transaction within the stipulated time period, first look into your "spam" or "junk" folder to verify that it has not been misdirected, and if still not found, please contact our customer care centre in the Contact Us page.

Delivery of Products/Services

What is an e-ticket?
An e-ticket (electronic ticket) is a paperless electronic document with a unique confirmation number given to passengers in place of a paper ticket. Passengers are required to produce the unique confirmation number at the airport airline counter to claim the e-ticket.

How will I get my e-ticket details?
Your e-ticket details will be sent to the registered email address provided by you at the time of booking. If you do not receive your e-ticket within 2 hours of making your booking with TQue3 Travel, please call our Customer Care centre in the Contact Us page.
TQue3 Travel shall not be liable if customers do not comply with this requirement.

Amendment and Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your bookings by calling or emailing our Customer Care centre in the Contact Us page. Alternatively Log in to My Bookings, select the relevant booking and request by clicking on the Cancel button.
Please refer to airline specific amendment and cancellation policy while using TQue3 Travel Services. You may be required to directly contact the nearest airline office (of the concerned airline) to get your reservation cancelled.

Passport details are mandatory for e - ticket issuance. Please keep the following details handy:

PrivacyPolicy

​TQue3 Travel respects your privacy and recognizes the need to protect the personally identifiable information (any information by which you can be identified, such as name, gender, email address, postal address, frequent fly number, age, telephone number, etc) you share with us. We would like to assure you that we follow appropriate standards when it comes to protecting your privacy on our Sales Channel. This Privacy Policy is applicable to persons who purchase / intend to purchase / inquire about any product(s) and / or service(s) made available by TQue3 Travel ('User') through any of TQue3 Travel's customer interface channels including website, mobile site, mobile app & offline channels including call centres and offices (collectively referred herein as "Sales Channels"). By using or accessing the Website or other Sales Channels, the User hereby agrees with the terms of this Privacy Policy and the contents herein. If you disagree with this Privacy Policy please do not use or access our Website or other Sales Channels. This Privacy Policy does not apply to any website(s), mobile sites and mobile apps of third parties, even if their websites/products are linked to our Website. User should take note that information and privacy practices of TQue3 Travel's business partners, advertisers, sponsors or other sites to which TQue3 Travel provides hyperlink(s), may be materially different from this Privacy Policy. Accordingly, it is recommended that you review the privacy statements and policies of any such third parties.

Information We Collect

With specific reference to booking/e-commerce transactions, TQue3 Travel collects the following personal sensitive information from you while transacting through TQue3 Travel:

· Name and Gender

· Phone Number

· Address

· Credit Card details

· Date of birth in case of a child

· Passport Number & frequent flyer number (wherever needed)

How the Information is used

TQue3 Travel does not sell or trade upon any of the above foregoing information without the consent of the user or customer. The foregoing information collected from the users/customers/travellers is put to the following use:

· Customer name, address, phone number, traveller's name and age are shared with applicable service providers like the airlines, hotels, etc., for the purpose of reservation and booking the services for the customer/traveller.

· Information like Credit Card Details are usually collected directly by the payment gateways and banks and not by TQue3 Travel, but if ever stored or retained by us, remain internal and is never shared.

· Information like Mobile no, e-mail address and postal address may be used for promotional purposes, unless the customer/user "opts-out" of such use.

If you choose not - to share this information, you can still visit the TQue3 Travel website, but you may be unable to avail certain options, ours and services.

Cookies and Session Data

In general, you can visit TQue3 Travel website without telling us who you are or revealing any personal information about yourself. We track the Internet address of the domains from which people visit us and analyze this data for trends and statistics, but the individual user remains anonymous. Some of our web pages use "cookies" so that we can better serve you with customized information when you return to our site. Cookies are identifiers which web sites send to the browser on your computer to facilitate your next visit to our site. You can set your browser to notify you when you are sent a cookie, giving you the option to decide whether or not to accept it. The information we collect and analyze is used to improve our service to you.

Automatic Logging of Session Data:

Each time you access the Website your session data gets logged. Session data consists of the User's IP address, operating system and type of browser software being used and the activities conducted by the User while on the Website. We collect session data because it helps us analyze User's choices, browsing pattern including the frequency of visits and duration for which a User is logged on. It also helps us diagnose problems with our servers and lets us better administer our systems. The aforesaid information cannot identify any User personally. However, it is possible to determine a User's Internet Service Provider (ISP), and the approximate geographic location of User's point of connectivity from the IP address.

TQue3 Travel gives you a long-standing commitment to protecting personal information of our customers and prospective customers. This section explains how we share your personal information with others.

Companies Who Provide Services To Us

In some cases we contract with other companies to perform services for us. Examples of this include passport and visa services, processing orders, providing marketing support, deliveries, market research, collection agencies etc. We provide them only with such information about you as they need to perform their services, but we impose strict requirements of security and confidentiality on them in how they handle your personal information. Also they are not permitted to use information about you for any purpose except to perform the services we have asked them to provide.

Our Business Partners

We may send you offers by e-mail or other direct marketing methods (i.e. mail, fax or phone) about products and services offered by our business partners. When we do this, we keep control over your information, which is not disclosed to our business partners unless you have expressly authorized us to do so or you take advantage of their offer. IMPORTANT NOTE: Please note that we do not give your e-mail address to our business partners. Please keep in mind that if you take advantage of an offer from TQue3 Travel business partner and become their customer, they may independently wish to send offers to you. In this case, you will need to inform them separately if you do not wish to receive future offers from them. In all cases our goal is to deliver offers to people who we believe will find them of value. Our communications

Participation in Credit Reference Schemes

Information concerning your account(s) may be provided to credit reference agency(s) as permitted by law.

In all other cases, we will not disclose your personal information unless you have been previously informed or have authorised us to so do, or if we are required to do so by law. If an order of a court or government authority requires us to disclose information about you, we will do our best to notify you of this promptly, to give you an opportunity to exercise your legal rights.
